System Implementation - Depending on system size and complexity, a system install can either occur all at once or be staged to minimize disruption to corporate operations. Staging also allows benchmarking and incremental fine tuning to insure that the system meets specified performance criteria as it goes into operation. Note: Because DC sells nothing, all system components are bought by the corporation. On quotes, everything is listed at retail to eliminate surprises. Database Design - As a new service, DC now builds sophisticated but easy to use databases using Filemaker. First project was a Investment Banking program that uses Pershing output to directly update/populate Account Invoice data with minimal user input. Document Design - To support the system, DC creates interactive documentation made specific to each system configuration. By doing that, companies don't have to "figure" out how procedures should be followed based on material that doesn't directly pertain to their unique situation.
