All work sent should be in Acrobat PDF because PDF's are compact and easy to handle on the Web. Please embed all type to insure graphic accuracy. Make certain full credits on the last page of the document are included (copyright et al) and that the Document Is encrypted to prevent unauthorized changes. Please limit file size to 2MB as this is not a huge site. Note that DC reserves the right to refuse any material deemed not suitable for the forum.
